Miriam brings an exceptionally broad perspective shaped by over 20 years of experience in the international fashion industry. She has worked with renowned brands such as Jil Sander, the Tod’s Group, Paul Smith and others – spanning wholesale, retail and strategic brand development. Her expertise in product, market positioning, brand strategy and customer development enables collections to be positioned with both aesthetic integrity and commercial success.

Behind the HEYDE | KAMP portfolio stands Miriam’s tireless research, driven by an international network and her passion for travel, culture and fashion. Through this, she continuously discovers new designers from around the world and builds long-term relationships with them.

Hye-Won ensures operational excellence: she structures workflows, maintains efficient processes, and guarantees that brands are implemented professionally and supported sustainably. She also oversees showroom management, ensuring that collections are presented convincingly and that retail partners are reliably supported at all times, so that collaboration runs smoothly.

In addition, Hye-Won coordinates internal teams, logistics, and project workflows. Her keen sense for operational priorities and her ability to manage complex processes clearly and efficiently contribute decisively to the smooth operation and success of HEYDE I KAMP.
